Being recognized by a magazine that honors the achievements of women across the globe feels truly special. It is both a moment of gratitude and a moment of reflection. The feature highlights my professional journey over the past decade, beginning with my work as an SAP Lead Consultant and growing into my roles as an author, researcher, and leadership coach with a strong focus on digital transformation, data science, and strategic consulting.

The article also touches upon my academic path, including my postgraduate degree in Data Science and Business Analytics from the University of Texas at Austin and my ongoing doctoral research at the Swiss School of Management in Rome. These experiences continue to shape not just my career, but also my commitment to guiding and empowering others in the fields of technology and leadership.

One part of the feature that is especially close to my heart is the reflection on my roots. I grew up in an orthodox city in Andhra Pradesh where opportunities for women were often limited. Honored for My Work in Climate Innovation and Digital Transformation at Dubai Exhibition

Dubai, UAE, November 2025 – I am deeply honored to share that I was recognized for my contributions to climate innovation and digital transformation at a distinguished international exhibition held at the Hyatt Regency in Dubai.

Earlier this year, in May 2025, the IEEE Climate Change Community selected my concept, “Climate Change Vision,” to be showcased at the Climate Change Exhibition held on May 6–7, 2025. Through this project, I aimed to present strategic and technology-driven solutions for building global climate resilience. It was truly rewarding to see the concept resonate with industry experts, sustainability advocates, and technology leaders from around the world.

For this work, I received the Climate Change Vision Award, recognizing the approach of connecting sustainable development goals with transformative technological frameworks. In addition, I was honored with the Digital Transformation Leadership Award, which acknowledges leadership in driving digital innovation, sustainable ecosystems, and future-ready transformation initiatives.

As part of this recognition, I had the opportunity to present at an international conference, where I shared insights on SAP Generative AI and its evolving impact across industries. My talk emphasized responsible AI practices, digital preparedness, and the importance of ethical innovation topics that are very close to my heart.

I strongly believe that sustainability and technology must progress hand in hand to create meaningful impact. These recognitions reinforce my commitment to contributing to the global dialogue on climate action, digital empowerment, and innovation-led transformation.
